Yep!! It really is that cold here and because it is that cold there is no School today. The kids are excited that they get to stay home one more day and hang out with mom. We are going to have some fun today and I am looking for some fun projects or crafts we can do. I will have to do some searching and see what we come up with. Anyone have some ideas they would like to pass a long, feel free.

Have a happy Tuesday!!

In all their Silliness

The kids were being so funny this morning how could I not take pictures. They are a lot of fun and there is NEVER a dull moment.

Okay

I have been tagged several times and I have the hardest time thinking of any thing that some one would be interested in hearing about me. I have struggled and this is what I came up with:

1. I grew up in Alaska with no running water, no electricity and no indoor plumbing. We would go to the nearest laundry mat and take showers and wash our clothes and fill up our water containers so we would have water at the house. We had one wall that insulation and that was the wall that had the wood stove in front of it.

2. I have eaten Fish Ice Cream. Yes, It is made out of fish.

3. I turn 40 years old this year and I am not sad about it.

4. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would have triplets and they would be our only Children. I love them so much.

5. I have my 25 year Class Reunion in 3 years and I would love to go since I have never been to one of them yet. We shall see.

I am not tagging any one so don't worry you won't be next, LOL!!

Sunday Night

I was outside grilling some pork chops and the sky was this beautiful pink and I was amazed how it reflected off the snow. It was so pretty and this picture does not do it justice.

Playing in the Snow

My friend Jennifer and her little girl came up over the weekend from Las Vegas and it was COLD. We bundled everyone up and went out side for about 20 minutes and when we came up from the backyard to go into the house, we had been looked out. I had left the screen shut, but the door open going from outside into the garage and the same from the garage into the house. My Brother in law had stopped by and locked and shut the doors behind him thinking we were gone. I could not get ahold of Rod because he was out hunting and I did not have my keys or my cellphone. I ran about 2 blocks down to my BIL's house and he just happened to be leaving in his car and caught him before he pulled out of the drive way. It was SO COLD and the wind was BLOWING about 25mph. We finally found a key and we were able to get back into the house and have some much needed hot chocolate. We had fun that day and it was great to see Jenn and her sweet little Zella. Thanks for coming and visiting us.

Sportsman Warehouse

About a week ago Rod was going to Sportsman's Warehouse and Nolan had to go with him. So he got ready with his gun glasses (the kids wear them when they are shooting their Nerf guns at each other) and all. He was pretty happy that he got to spend time with Dad and go to a store he LOVES as much as Rod.

Favorite Babysitter

Jordan is the kids favorite babysitter. She has been watching the kids since they were about 3 years old. She is AWESOME. She always has fun things for them to do and plays wonderful games with them. She is in College now so we don't get to see has often, but once in awhile I can get a hold of her and she will watch the kids, whom she loves.

Christmas Eve and Day

The kids were so excited Christmas Eve that they got to open one present. We have a tradition like most people that they geta new pair of pajama's. The kids were so excited for Christmas. We wrote a note to Santa and left him some cookies and milk and Santa wrote a little note back saying that he shared his cookies with Rudolph and that he enjoyed them very much. We caught the kids Christmas morning sitting at the bottom of the stairs waiting to come up to see what was left for them. They got
